We can only Deliver items within the UK and Northern Ireland.
All orders are dispatched within 2 days and should arrive within 3-5 working days by Courier or Royal Mail and will require a signature upon delivery.
We can only post to addresses within the UK including Northern Island, Scottish Islands and Highlands and Isle of Wight. (Excludes Isle of Man and the Channel Islands).
If unfortunately an item is Out of Stock we will notify you of the delay and post out as soon as it is back in stock, or alternatively we can issue you a refund if you require.
Postage and Packing
Chair Covers – free delivery by Royal Mail 1st class postage.
We charge only one Postage Price of £4.95 for each order placed and will include as many items as your require.
Please Note that some Large Items will incur a higher delivery charge which will be displayed on the Product Listing and added to your delivery charge at checkout. These pieces can only be delivered individually by courier and cannot be combined with other items purchased.

Damaged or Faulty Goods.
Please check all items on receipt of delivery. If an item has arrived damaged or faulty please inform us within 7 days using the Contact Us Page on our Website.
For any damaged or faulty goods we will either refund you in full or try to replace the item for you. All refunds will be made back to the original payment method used within 7 days.
If your purchase is not suitable for you or you have changed your mind and would like to return it please contact us by email on the Contact Us Page of the Website stating that you wish to return the item.
All items must be returned in their original packaging and be unused or damaged by the customer, we will then refund you the price of the item and the original postage cost within 7 days of receipt of the item. You are required to return the item and pay for return postage. Return postage cannot be refunded.
We recommend you return goods using registered/tracked postage and pack securely as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or broken in transit.
Gift Vouchers, personalised items and items made to order cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
